Dardo Hifist is Italian military armor made by Consorzio Iveco Fiat – Oto Melara. It’s equipped with 25mm cannon and is the original form of 120mm mortar armor, C3I armor, first-aid armor, etc. The height of this armor is very low with 2.64m, so it’s not easily detected by radar or to naked eyes which results in the increase of its survivability.

It’s equipped with CBR measuring sensor and componential analysis instrument inside so it gathers sample at contaminated area informing whether the area is safe or not. By the way, I’ve been in a CBR chamber 3 times, and it’s the last place I want to get in again. Can’t breathe and water’s coming out of both eyes and nose. This armor is designed with adjustment of module-type structure for multi-purpose missions. It has 8 tons maximum load and 14m3 capacity. So it is able to perform transporting troops as well as special missions such as command posts, field hospitals, etc.
